| Guillermo: | Actualmente, el derecho a la huelga es reconocido en el artículo 28.2 de la Constitución Española como un derecho fundamental. Este derecho permite a los trabajadores detener temporalmente su trabajo para defender sus intereses laborales. Para ejercerlo, la ciudadanía debe seguir un protocolo que está regulado por un decreto ley: se requiere un preaviso con una antelación de 5 a 10 días, y el establecimiento de servicios mínimos en caso de afectar a la comunidad. Y no puede ser una acción individual, sino colectiva y concertada. |
