How do I cancel?
Your subscription is flexible – cancel at any time with no commitments and no hidden fees. Log in to the website, open the main menu (upper right corner of the website) select CANCEL and confirm your decision in the pop up window. You can also cancel your subscription from the Settings screen in the L360 app.
When you cancel, you willl continue to have access to the material until the end of your current billing period. Beyond that, you will not be charged again unless you renew your subscription.
Renewing your subscription is easy, too! Simply log in to your account and select RENEW from the user menu.
Can I switch between subscriptions?
Yes! You can always switch to a subscription that better fits your needs and preferences.
Take advantage of all our educational resources with Full Access. Enjoy a more casual listening experience with Audio Only. Explore regional variations with either the Spain or Latino editions, or get it all with the Bundle. Switching is easy and you can do it as often as you’d like.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you 7 days of Full Access to the edition you selected at sign up (Spain, Latino, or Bundle). Full Access means you can listen to every episode and use every resource we offer. Only first-time subscribers are eligible for the free trial.
At the end of the free trial, your chosen subscription begins.
