Las Perífrasis Verbales con infinitivo

Fill in the blanks with one perífrasis. Don't forget to conjugate the first verb with the tense indicated in parenthesis. The infinitive is already given for you.

1. Después de los trágicos acontecimientos que le sucedieron a su familia, Carlos (pret. indefinite) llorar.
2. Belén (present indicative) comer dos días porque le duele mucho el estómago.
3. Mario dice que nunca más (future) volar con esa compañía aérea.
4. ¡ (imperative) arrastrar los pies y camina correctamente!

Replace the bold part of the sentence for one of the perífrasis.

1. No veo a mi amigo Alex desde hace cuatro años ---> a mi amigo Alex desde hace cuatro años.
2. ¿Qué haces este verano? ---> ¿Qué este verano?
3. Me he comprometido a llevar a mi tía al aeropuerto ---> a mi tía al aeropuerto.
4. ¿Queréis ver otra vez el vídeo de la boda de mi prima? ---> ¿Queréis el vídeo de la boda de mi prima?
5. Mis padres se han ido hace un momento a trabajar ---> Mis padres a trabajar.

Fill in the blanks of the dialog with the correct perífrasis verbal.

A: (acabar de, present indicative) llegar una carta certificada para ti y parece muy importante.
B: Y, ¿qué dice? ¡ (tener que, conditional) haberla abierto!
